✅ Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
✔ Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment
✔ Ensuring maintenance activities comply with OEM manuals and manufacturer recommendations
✔ Inspecting, repairing, and overhauling rotating equipment
✔ Maintaining Reverse Osmosis (RO) plant equipment and associated mechanical systems
✔ Troubleshooting pumps, motors, valves, and mechanical assemblies
✔ Coordinating with the Mechanical Engineer to ensure plant reliability and operational efficiency
✔ Supporting plant shutdowns, inspections, and maintenance programs
✔ Following HSE policies and quality standards during all maintenance activities
🎯 Mandatory Requirements
Candidates must have:
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in the mechanical maintenance of a large SWRO (Seawater Reverse Osmosis) Plant
✔ Proven experience maintaining:
- Rotating Equipment
- Pumps
- Motors
- Gearboxes
- Hydraulic Control Valves
- Air-Operated Control Valves
- Stop Valves
- Reverse Osmosis Plant Equipment
✔ Strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills
✔ Ability to read and work according to OEM manuals and maintenance procedures
✔ Good communication and teamwork abilities
🌟 Preferred Experience
