🔄 WORK CYCLES & ROTATION SCHEDULES
All positions are based on-site at Das Island with structured rotation schedules:
Supervisors / Specialists / Senior Technicians: 35 days on / 28 days off
Operations Team: 14 days on / 14 days off
Technicians: 60 days on / 30 days off
🔍 FEATURED ROLE PROFILE: SUPERVISOR, TURBINE MAINTENANCE
Reports To: Engineer, Turbine Maintenance (Power Generation)
Department: Maintenance Power Generation & Utility / Maintenance Execution
Core Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor the daily maintenance and operations of all ADNOC GAS Gas and Steam turbines.
Provide hands-on field support, technical analysis, and complex troubleshooting.
Execute condition and performance monitoring programs alongside detailed fault-finding for Gas/Steam turbines and associated utility equipment.
Ensure strict asset reliability to eliminate unplanned plant or unit shutdowns.
Optimize manpower utilization and reduce operational costs by managing effective corrective work planning and minimizing emergency overtime.
