🎯 CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
✔ Minimum 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical industry
✔ At least 5 years in a similar senior role
✔ Strong experience in EPC, shutdowns, turnaround (TA), commissioning, or maintenance projects
✔ Excellent knowledge of international engineering standards and industry best practices
✔ Strong analytical, leadership, and coordination skills
✔ Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
