1-QUALITY ENGINEER for Boiler Repair (with ASME Certification)
Quality Engineer for boiler repair must possess in-depth knowledge of ASME BPVC codes (Sections I, VIII, and IX) and NBIC standards to ensure compliance in all repair activities. Proficiency in handling and qualifying materials such as P9 Chrome Alloys is essential, along with expertise in non-destructive testing (NDT) methods like ultrasonic, radiographic, and hydrostatic testing. Certification in welding processes and qualifications per ASME Section IX is critical for managing and overseeing repair operations. Additionally, the engineer must be capable of managing repair documentation, including R-Forms, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
2-SAFETY VALVE SUPERVISOR
A qualified supervisor is essential for testing 180-bar safety valves in compliance with BV (Bureau Veritas) procedures to ensure accuracy and safety.
3-ROTARY AIR PREHEATERS & GEARBOXES (RAP) SUPERVISOR
Qualified personnel for the assembly, balancing, and calibration of RAP gearboxes to ensure proper functionality and performance.
4-FURNACE BURNER CALIBRATION & SOOT BLOWERS SUPERVISOR
To perform furnace burner calibration, ensuring optimal efficiency, safety, and compliance with operational standards.
5-BAND SCREEN & INTAKE VERTICAL PUMPS SUPERVISOR
Oversees maintenance and operation of band screens & relevant gear boxes and intake vertical pumps, ensuring reliability and performance.
6-ROTATING EQUIPMENT SUPERVISOR
Specializes in vertical pumps for power stations, barrel-type feedwater boiler pumps, and hydraulic couplings, managing maintenance and troubleshooting.
7-RIGGING SUPERVISOR
Expert in heavy lift rigging and heat exchanger handling, ensuring safe and efficient lifting operations.
8-BOILER WELDING SUPERVISOR
Oversees welding activities on 300 MW boilers, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards.
9-UNDERGROUND POWER STATION PIPELINES MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
Oversees inspection, repair, and maintenance of underground pipelines in power stations.
Applicants must have Mechanical engineering degree or diploma with 6-10 years of relevant experience in applied position.
