JOB LOCATION
- Base Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
- Project Locations: Anywhere in KSA (candidates must be flexible to relocate as per project requirement)
CONTRACT DETAILS & BENEFITS
- Contract Duration: 2 Years (Renewable)
- Working Hours: 9 + 1 hours per day | 6 days per week
- Food Allowance: 300 SAR per month
- Accommodation: Provided by the company
- Transportation: Provided for duty
- Medical Insurance: Full coverage
- Annual Leave: As per Saudi Labor Law
- Freshers are welcome for Helper and some Technician positions

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS
1. Civil Supervisor / Civil Technician Strong experience in building maintenance, concrete repairs, finishing works, and civil infrastructure.
2. MEP Engineer / MEP Supervisor / MEP Coordinator Expertise in Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing systems coordination, execution, and maintenance.
3. Mechanical / HVAC Lead & HVAC Technician Hands-on experience in chiller plants, AHU, FCU, ducting, refrigeration, and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems.
4. Electrician Skilled in electrical installations, LV systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance of building electrical works.
5. Low Current Engineer / Supervisor / Technician Experience in CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, BMS, PA System, and other low current systems.
6. Fire Alarm Technician Specialized in installation, testing, and maintenance of Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting systems.
7. Plumber Expert in plumbing networks, drainage systems, water supply, and fixture maintenance.
8. Pool & Jacuzzi Technician Experience in swimming pool filtration, chemical treatment, and Jacuzzi system maintenance.
9. STP / RO Operator Knowledge of Sewage Treatment Plant and Reverse Osmosis systems operation & maintenance.
10. Safety Officer (NEBOSH) / Safety Supervisor NEBOSH certification preferred. Strong knowledge of HSE standards, risk assessment, and safety audits.
11. Work Control Centre Operator Experience in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), work order handling, and coordination.
12. Packers & Movers Team Lead / Helper Experience in packing, shifting, and relocation services.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2–8 years of relevant experience (Freshers welcome for Helper & Technician roles)
- Diploma / Degree / ITI in relevant field
- Good command of English (spoken & written)
- Transferable Iqama preferred (for those already in KSA)
- Valid Saudi Driving License is an advantage
- Physically fit and ready to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
