📋 CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
Relevant Experience: Preferably 3–5 years of experience in asphalt paving, road construction, heavy equipment operation, or the relevant trade.
Technical Skills: Practical knowledge of operating the applicable machinery, equipment, or road construction tools.
Project Experience: Previous experience in asphalt plants, road paving, milling, compaction, crushing, or infrastructure projects will be an advantage.
GCC Experience: Candidates with Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) project experience are preferred.
Job Readiness: Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate their technical skills and work experience during the selection process.
Nationality & Availability: Indian candidates applying from India are required for this recruitment campaign.
