Reporting to Depot Manager/Terminal Manager

Job Location: UAE

Salary: AED 7,000-8000 PM+ company provided bachelors accommodation and transportation to and fro + medical insurance for self-+30 days leave salary PA

Technical Maintenance Supervisor Required for UAE

Purpose of the Position :

To coordinate and execute daily maintenance of steam boiler, waste-water treatment plant, high-pressure pump

installation, cleaning facility, and other static and rotating equipment pertaining to the tank farm and depot in order to

minimize equipment downtime.

Key responsibilities

1. To ensure that all legal required testing and preventative maintenance schedules are carried out on time for;

a. Steam boiler

b. Waste- water treatment plant

c. high pressure pump installation of tank cleaning

d. fire extinguishing installation

e. Product transfer pumps

f. Air Compressor

g. Nitrogen generator

2. To ensure that overall maintenance is kept at a high standard.

3. To keep records of the executed-preventative and corrective-maintenance-items.

4. To keep manuals, drawings, descriptions, etc. upto date

5. To ensure Change Management is effectively implemented in coordination with the Operations team.

6. To train, develop and manage the maintenance team members to ensure a stable production environment.

7. To liaise with external contractors and suppliers on regular basis for various requirements, e.g. for plant-maintenance, product-quality control, etc.

8. Spare Stock Monitoring and preparation of Stock Reports to ensure that accuracy of stocks are maintained

Educational Qualification:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Professional Experience :

1. 5-7 years experience in an equivalent environment

2. Technical know-how

3. Handling of steam-boiler and pump-installation

4. Asset management software

Special Skills/Abilities:

1. Understanding of MS Office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint

2. Trained in basic Fire Fighting and First Aid

3. Ability to organize and prioritize work

4. Ability to lead teams
